1. Introduction

Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. bd3456 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unavailability of the service during maintenance or due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, acts of government, or third-party service provider outages.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations as recognised in the jurisdiction under which bd3456 operates. Any dispute arising between you and bd3456 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to our customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of it being raised with our support team, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.

11. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any promotion-specific terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy published on bd3456.pro, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd3456 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
• Waiver: A failure by bd3456 to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision on any subsequent occasion.
